Achtung - willkommen soup!
Erlend Viken, mastermind of the Norwegian project soup has joined the VierSieben family.
Erlend lives in Trondheim,one of the most influential parts of Europe relating to excellent music and 
songwriting.
The album "children of e.l.b." will be released on VierSieben Recods on June 17.
Joined live by Sverre Leraand (drums) Rune Leraand (bass guitar) and Ørjan W Saur (guitar) and sometimes even by Snah (known as guitarist and singer of Motorpsycho), soup are one of a distinguished line including bands like Pink Floyd, The Notwist, The Postal Service, Flaming Lips, you name it...
Anyway, Jan and me are more than glad to have this extraordinary band on our label.

rubyrough - Album Release On VierSieben Tomorrow!
A big welcome to our newest family members - rubyrough will release their debut album "Realtime" on Viersieben on March 4, 2011.
Stephanie from Boston and Horst from Nuremberg are the protagonists of this awesome duo, combining Electronic sounds with Stephanie's extraordinary soulful voice.
Horst is a late-night espresso-drinker, creative fireball and connesieur of synthesizers. Stephanie is a travelling minstrel, lover of acoustic guitars and a gentle, tea-drinking soul. Together they are the American-German band rubyrough, a shimmering combination of modern soundscapes and timeless original songs.
The debut album "Realtime" reflects their opposing polarities: Angels singing like demons, gentle beats that tear your feet out from under you, and electracoustic songs that quietly creep into the recesses of your head and take hold while you're not looking.

February 11th will be the day. After more than one year of intensive studiowork Linda and Bjoern will release their debut "You look so alien in your bloody tuxedo" on VierSieben Records. On the day of release, Feb 11th, Linda and Bjoern will work as a Dj Set on our Release Party at the Sissikingkong Club in Dortmund. Beginning is 10pm, doors are free. They play the finest Indierock, Noisepop and Classix to you.
